COMPASSIONATE COUNSELING
& FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES
Hello, my name is Daniel Mosner. I am a certified counselor who has been working with individuals and families as a therapist for over 21 years. While my academic focus and certification are in addiction counseling, its practical application involves the resolution of a wide range of mental health, personal, and interpersonal challenges.
Individuals and families seek out a therapist for a variety of reasons. Their commitment to the therapeutic process is driven by respect, empathy, and trust. These core values carry the highest priority in my clinical work and are essential elements of effective therapy. I feel it is an honor and a privilege to be invited and entrusted with the therapeutic process. My commitment to compassionate, effective treatment for each client is unwavering.
Getting, Staying and Living Sober
At Dedicated Counselling, compassionate addiction counseling is provided with the understanding that recovery is not just about stopping substance use—it’s about restoring hope, stability, and connection. Individuals and families facing addiction often feel overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure of where to turn.
The Addiction Specialist
With more than 25 years of experience and certification as an addiction counselor, support is available to help you make sense of what’s happening and take meaningful steps toward healing. Whether you are personally struggling with alcohol or drug use, or you love someone who is, professional guidance can help you navigate difficult emotions, reduce fear, and regain a sense of control.

SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS STRUGGLING WITH SUBSTANCE USE
Addiction can leave you feeling isolated, discouraged, and unsure of how to break free—but you don’t have to face it alone. Professional substance abuse counseling provides a safe space to talk openly without judgment. Whether you’re dealing with alcohol dependency, prescription medication misuse, or illicit drug use, personalized counseling helps you understand the underlying causes, recognize patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. The goal is not just sobriety but long-term recovery and emotional wellness. Through structured support, you can learn how to manage cravings, reduce relapse risk, and rebuild your confidence. Crisis intervention is also available for those facing urgent situations, providing immediate guidance when you need it most. With in-person counseling and telehealth addiction counseling available nationwide, you can access the help you need in a way that feels comfortable and accessible.
HELPING FAMILIES NAVIGATE ADDICTION TOGETHER
Addiction is often called a family illness because its effects extend far beyond the individual. Parents, spouses, siblings, and children frequently experience confusion, fear, frustration, and emotional exhaustion. Learning how to respond in healthy and effective ways can make a powerful difference for everyone involved.
HOW FAMILY COUNSELING CAN HELP

- Learn healthy boundaries that protect both you and your loved one
- Improve communication and reduce conflict within the family
- Gain guidance for crisis situations and urgent decision-making
- Develop strategies for supporting recovery without enabling harmful behaviors
